New technology package 5:cleaning of aluminum slag and aluminum ash
  • Core technology:
    design and manufacture of tilting rotary furnace,separation of aluminum slag and salt,tail ammonia treatment;
  • Technical process:
    the aluminum in aluminum slag is extracted efficiently by tilting rotary furnace,and the soluble and insoluble substances in aluminum ash are separated by leaching and separation of aluminum salt slag.The main process flow includes:1 material sorting,2 leaching and leaching,3 Filtration,4 Drying of low halogen materials,5 Crystallization of high salt materials.So as to realize the separation of three types of materials from aluminum ash and the efficient separation of aluminum oxide,ammonium sulfate and salts;
  • Competitive advantage:
    the annual amount of aluminum ash discharged from domestic electrolytic aluminum,aluminum processing and recycled aluminum is conservatively estimated at 3.19 million tons.In this revision of the list of hazardous wastes,the inclusion of aluminum ash into hazardous wastes has a significant impact on the whole aluminum smelting industry.Taking the recycled aluminum industry as an example,the average amount of aluminum ash produced per ton of recycled aluminum smelting is 6.5%.If the treatment cost per ton of aluminum ash reaches 4000 yuan/ton,the cost per ton of recycled aluminum will increase by 325 yuan/ton,and the additional income of 1000 yuan/ton of original aluminum ash will also be lost.The new process will recover 265~285kg metal aluminum,315kg inert alumina and eliminate 600kg aluminum ash hazardous waste.The processing cost per ton is 1500 yuan,and the gross profit per ton of aluminum slag is 3000 yuan.
