R&D of Recovery Technology for Waste Lead - acid Battery
|
In this project, aiming at the problems of complex composition, environmental hazards and difficult extraction of valuable metals in waste lead-acid batteries, through the study of process mineralogy and physical and chemical properties, the technology of oxygen-enriched side-blown double smelting and regeneration of lead was developed. By using iron-silicon-calcium-sodium slag system and making full use of the low melting point characteristics of sodium silicate, an oxygen-enriched side-blown molten pool smelting furnace, an intelligent batching and smelting expert system are developed to realize the resource utilization of waste lead-acid batteries.

Technology and equipment of crude arsenic purification

In this project, the arsenic-containing dust produced by the non-ferrous smelting industry was taken as the main research object, and a new technical route was proposed, that is, taking the migration and transformation of arsenic as the main line, through the whole process, and according to the principle of "reduction, harmlessness and resource utilization", the new equipment for continuous reduction of calcium arsenate to prepare metal arsenic was developed mainly around the process route of "acid leaching of arsenic, purification of crude arsenic, lime fixation of arsenic and roasting reduction",and the reduction, harmlessness and resource utilization of arsenic-containing dust were realized.

Intelligent Proportioning Technology and Equipment for Resource Utilization of Solid Waste Containing Heavy Metals

The composition of copper mud is complex. Generally, the copper content is about 3 – 70 %, and the water content is 1 – 90 %, most of which belong to hazardous waste. The intelligent batching technology and equipment of this project realizes the automatic operation of drying and batching in raw material workshop, solves the problems of batching disorder, high labor intensity and environmental pollution in smelting process, and meets the requirements of environmental protection.

Simulation of continuous oxygen-enriched side-blown electrothermal melting equipment
|
In this project, the actual furnace parameters are numerically simulated to explore the variation of melt, velocity, pressure, temperature and oxygen distribution in the smelting process. Firstly, the physical model of side-blowing furnace is established, and then the accuracy of the physical model is verified according to the parameters of water. Secondly, according to the relevant parameters of the existing melt and oxygen-enriched air, the distribution law of velocity in the furnace and the proportion of melt gas in the melting process is studied. Finally, according to the influence of single / double tuyere injection, oxygen lance flow rate and molten pool depth on the gas-liquid mixing process in the molten pool, the influence of oxygen lance arrangement, flow rate and molten pool depth on the velocity field at different positions in the molten pool is analyzed, and then the gas-liquid flow characteristics in the side-blown molten pool are summarized, so as to put forward suggestions for the design and layout of oxygen lance in the side-blown furnace.
